Last night I called At&t with the intention to stop my data package subscription with them.I don’t want to pay $30 anymore, especially if nothing requires me to have there data plan– which turned out to be just my assumption. I thought i only had to have data package subscription from At&t for 2 years as the consequence of my getting a good subsidized smartphone from them, and after two years I could decide to stop my data plan. Apparently that’s not the case. The truth is, AT&T requires smartphone owners to have data subscription. Even if your knowledgeable enough about smartphone to deactivate the feature. How can that be possible? At the moment, I’m trying to find a way around this silly policy. How can you let anyone decide what is best for you if you know for sure what is the best for yourself?
